Shipping and Returns

Important information

All items are made to order and are packaged and ready to ship within 5-7 business days after payment has been confirmed. Holidays and other busy seasons can impact processing times beyond this.

Order Deadline and Details

If you have an important receive date (such as a birthday), or you have a special request please CONTACT US and NOTE THE REQUEST OR DEADLINE in your purchase notes to ensure a correct and timely delivery! Please write everything important in your purchase notes even if you have mentioned it in a convo or email!


Art prints will be shipped inside a stay flat mailer or rolled inside a cardboard mailing tube depending on size and destination. 

USA Customers

Orders will ship by USPS First Class or Priority Mail and will have a Tracking Number.

International Customers                                                                                                                                                                                                   International shipments will have minimal tracking available. Orders may take about 15-45 days to arrive. If you'd prefer a Tracking Number or different shipping method, please contact me before making your order!

European Union (EU) customers: At this point, I am unable to charge the valued added tax (VAT) at checkout. Please note that if you choose to purchase from me at this time, you will be charged for previously mentioned fees at the reception of the package.  All International customers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries. 

If a package comes back unclaimed/unopened because of an incorrect address provided by the customer or to avoid customs fees or taxes; the customer will pay for reshipping to the correct address. If the customer does not want to reship, I will refund the purchase price only. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. 

Refunds and Exchanges
Our products are usually non-refundable, but we will always work to resolve issues or concerns with customers to come to a solution! If your order arrives damaged or contains flaws, we will replace or exchange it at no cost to you.

For any issues, please contact me within 5 days after you received the product through email or a convo and I’ll get back to you asap!

Please note that colors, saturation, and brightness on the print might slightly vary from what you see due to screen color settings.
